We look forward to working with you for the first time! To get you started, here is some general information about our process: A Drafter will come to the house to measure and sketch the property. For houses under 6,000 square feet, this typically takes one to one and a half hours. We then complete your floorplan in digital format and send it to you via email, in both PDF format (for printing) and JPEG format (for use on a webpage). This process takes two business days. For example, if the drafter comes out to measure on Monday, we will have the completed floorplan to you on Wednesday. Pricing is dependent on the type of plan you would like and the total square footage of the property. We have been working with Real Estate Professionals in the Washington DC Metroplitan Area for several years and can provide references as well as high-resolution examples of our work.
